Katherine Hall, M.Ed. is the founder and principal at Accord Resolutions. She has over 28 years of experience as a mediator and facilitator. Kathy brings keen intellect, empathy, and focused attention to her work with individuals and groups.

With specialized training in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), conflict coaching, and divorce mediation, Kathy has mediated hundreds of disputes including workplace, family, community, and organizational. She is adept at supporting those in conflict to assess and choose the most appropriate conflict intervention for their circumstances.

Kathy is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and has been leading workshops, team development activities, and coaching using the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment since 2010. She has worked with individuals and Fortune 500 corporations to bring a Strengths-based perspective to work and life. She is committed to supporting individuals and teams to understand their natural talents and apply them for personal and professional fulfillment and success.
